Our commitment to best practice and continuous improvement. Internal quality audits are carried out regularly and a full time staff member is dedicated to ensuring that agreed operational procedures are fully implemented.
CPR UK meets this requirement by:
a. Ensuring appropriately qualified staff are recruited
b. Maintaining records of staff qualification and experience
c. Formulating and implementing a policy for staff training
Individual members of staff have a responsibility to ensure all necessary training is identified and requested where appropriate.
All new employees are introduced to all members of staff working within their particular office and undertake an induction process. The new employee is given an Induction Manual and directed to our intranet site where CPR UK Staff Manual and Quality Assurance System Manual are held. the Business Manager is available to provide clarification or further information.
Staff performance appraisals are held on a twice yearly basis to assess progress and identify any training and development needs. All appraisals are private and confidential and include self assessment in respect of professional requirements, further education and personal ambitions.
